Paschimottānāsana

This pose is Paschimottānāsana.

It means "Bending upper part of your body down".

This is a very easy pose, but there are many people who can't do this pose.

But, it isn't that you can't do it but you are inflexible.

If you stretch your body everyday, you can do this easily.

Let me tell you how to do that.

First, you should sit down while you spread your legs.

And then, you have to pull the end of your toes, and you pick the both of your big toes.

Next, while you exhale, bend yourself down, and you keep your pose.

The important thing is that your legs must not come off the floor.

Then, while you inhale, you lift yourself up slowly.

It's very easy, right?

This pose is good at your abdomen. So, if you do it steady, you will be healthy.

God bless you~
